Slimane is continuing intensive sports training this summer as he prepares to kick off a new event tour following the release of his Chroniques d’un cupidon album. Not hesitating to drop the top, he reveals his salient muscles.
The year 2023 was once again rich in emotions and marked by success for Slimane. The singer revealed in the tele-hook The Voice season 5 (2016) continues to seduce with its third album Chronicles of a Cupid which he will very soon defend on stage during a new tour which will stop in the biggest halls of the country, including the Accor Arena in Paris in 2024. As Matt Pokora had done before kicking off sending off his tour Epicenter, Slimane prepares himself physically to ensure the show. He offers himself the services of a sports coach – Mathias Lacote – whom he thanks in a new story posted earlier this week on Instagram.
Esmeralda’s dad has actually uploaded new images of him shirtless showing off his prominent muscles which are the result ofhard work and a real daily discipline. In his story, Slimane explains that he only offered himself one day off per week this summer, and at the rate of two sessions per day. For nearly a month, he got up regularly between 5 a.m. and 7 a.m. under this sustained schedule. The least we can say is that he went to great lengths to obtain a most impressive result: Slimane appears physically transformed.

Slimane has long struggled with weight issues
It must be said that the singer has suffered since his youngest years from difficulties in stabilizing his weight. “Actually, I’ve been yo-yoing since I was 13…” he recently confided to aufeminin.com. Slimane took advantage of this meeting to recall that “the pressure to meet the standards” was “terrible”but that the important thing remained beyond measure his mental health. “In general, three months before each tour, I train progressively and intensively to be ready” he added, thus holding a speech similar to that heard on the set of The Voice Kids lately.
He is indeed the coach of season 9, the finale of which must be broadcast on TF1 August 29. It is at the end of a performance of the young Lina around the tube Body d’Yseult and acclaimed by viewers at the end of July that the interpreter of Panama replied: “I’m a guy who had weight issues my whole life and it touched me a lot for many moments”. Slimane has also distinguished himself several times throughout this edition of the tele-hook, alongside Nolwenn Leroy, Kendji and Patrick Fiori, with whom he has also split. Anyway, the two will meet on a joint project on September 1, the duet album 2Bis by Florent Pagny. Slimane agreed to record a new version of the hit Bearing walls.
