On site, you will have to enter inside the building and go to the purchase station, located on the right, or on the left. Interact with and click on the “ sell items “. You can now sell what you don’t use or consider useless. Note that you don’t have to sell your entire stock, since you can split the stack if you want to keep a few copies. Also keep in mind that some resources are needed to craft more powerful items.
