The incredible follow-up of The Day Before these last few months will have been more exciting than the gameplay video of the game that was recently offered to us, and we are not yet at the end of our troubles. Fntastic has been chaining hazardous communications for several days on Twitter, including a new tweet published recently which tells us who is behind the title’s trademark problem. And again, it’s as absurd as anything we’ve seen before on this project.

Fntastic is unafraid of recent criticism and continues to make its mark on social media with clarifications on the dispute between the studio and another entity over the name “ The Day Before “. This title was indeed legally filed by someone else before Fntastic did, resulting in a legal dispute between the studio and this mysterious person.
Today, we therefore learn that the title has been filed to name a calendar application, which would be TheDayBefore according to PC Gamer. The studio now claims that when the game was announced, the app owner would have rushed through all the paperwork to get the rights to that trademark (he was more forward-looking at least).
