The Day Before: good news and bad news for the post-apocalyptic MMO

Some players are probably still waiting The Day Before, a massively multiplayer survival shooter, heavily inspired by The Last of Us And The Division. A title published by MyTona and developed by Fntastic which has experienced some setbacks in recent months, including a problem linked to the name of the game, forcing the studios to remove the page Steam and push back the exit.

The Day Before was supposed to be released on November 10, 2023 on PC, but the date is approaching, and the information has been scant, until now. The studios released a statement on social networks to take stock of the situation, there is good news, but also bad news. The positive first: MyTona And Fntastic have managed to secure the name of the game, so The Day Before will not change its title. Since then, the page Steam The game is back online.

However, the studios announce that The Day Before release date is pushed back to December 7, 2023still on PC. The title will first be released in Early Access, priced at $39, the developers will ensure that the game works correctly and will take into account player feedback during early access in order to improve it as best as possible. Once all this is done, The Day Before will then be released in final version on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|Scompared to $49.

You will therefore have to be patient to discover The Day Before in 1.0, and we must especially hope that the title lives up to expectations, because the first video of gameplay had cooled off quite a few people.
