Court rejects complaint on gender parity in the Bundestag
The Federal Constitutional Court has one Election examination complaint on gender parity in the Bundestag rejected. The complaint with which the plaintiffs alleged the lack of legal rules for the equal representation of electoral lists for the Bundestag complained about women and men is inadmissible, announced the court in Karlsruhe.
