With the hasthtags #FreeNahid and #FreeMama, the Cologne-based woman tries to draw attention to the arrest of her 66-year-old mother in both Germany and Iran. In Iran itself, there was no official confirmation of the detention or media reports about it. The Federal Foreign Office is aware of the case. However, there is still no official confirmation of the woman's imprisonment, it said in Berlin. However, efforts are being made to clarify the situation and will then work for them at the consular level.
