Digital music group Believe BLV.PA said in a statement on Monday that it had received a purchase offer for all of its outstanding shares at a price of 15 euros per share from a consortium.
The consortium includes several funds managed by TCV, EQT as well as Denis Ladegaillerie, CEO of Believe, the company added.
