The Division 2 servers not responding

Otherwise, you can go to the official site, and more specifically to the “Resources” tab then “Services Status”, which indicates whether the servers are online (green) or not (red).

- Restart your game : If you haven’t already, just try restarting The Division 2.
- Check that the game is up to date : In very rare cases, your game may simply not be up to date.
- Restart your PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series or PC : If, despite everything, you still cannot start a game, do not hesitate to restart your PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series or your PC.
- Restart your router : Finally, the last solution is to restart your internet box. For some cases, restarting the router is enough to join an online game.
