Two by two, the adventurers must compete in tests of comfort and immunity at the risk of being eliminated in pairs. Clémence therefore found herself in a team with Esteban. A choice that obviously did not delight the candidate.
“I didn’t want to be with Esteban because he doesn’t perform on the tests. It is often in the last. I know I’ll have to wear it then, in Koh Lanta, carrying yourself is not necessarily easy. Quentin, Frédéric and Nicolas are still stronger than him“, she said to Tele-Leisure. Fears that have come true since when the tasting test, Esteban heavily penalized his teammate because of his difficulty in eating what was offered to him, namely grilled coconut worms, scorpions and other insects, as well as fish eyes and shell meat.

But, the teaser broadcast at the end of the episode also seems to announce that there will be no only a place for two. In the images, we learn that only one of the two will be able to re-enter the game after a duel, during an agility test.
In addition to this huge twist, Denis Brogniart also announced that the next council will take place on the beach as soon as the immunity test is over. A way to prevent all alliances from forming. Changes that could well upset the outcome of the game. The suspense therefore remains.
