La Française des Jeux FDJ.PA (FDJ) is in talks to acquire online gaming company Kindred Group KINDsdb.ST for nearly $2.5 million, the Wall Street Journal (WSJ) reported on Sunday, citing sources. sources with knowledge of the matter.
A deal could be announced Monday, according to the WSJ.
Both the FDJ and Kindred group did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Reuters.
