The first boss of Elden Ring puts you in misery? She beats him with a harp

Faithful warriors of Elden Ring, are you looking for a new challenge? Know that a harpist has achieved the feat of beating Margit the Fallen by using her musical instrument as a controller.

Margit the Fallen is the first real boss in Elden Ring, he’s a formidable adversary that must have caused quite a bit of trouble for most players in FromSoftware’s masterpiece. Quite agile, and above all with a series of devastating attacks, this boss is a nightmare when you start the adventure, although it can be bypassed and completely set aside for a while. However, a player named Anna Ellsworth managed to beat the boss with… a harp. In a video published on June 14, 2022 on YouTube, she reveals her fight against Margit, this one is impressive to say the least.

How does she accomplish this feat? In her video shared on YouTube, she explains that the harp is connected to her computer. It is then associated with movements using two programs that detect pitch and sound.

Thus, Anna Ellsworth can use her harp to advance, retreat, dodge and attack her character. Obviously, this kind of configuration requires a little, if not a lot, of adaptation given the limitations that the instrument or the programs imply. Defeating Margit with the controller is hard enough, defeating her with musical notes is unbelievable.

Besides the fact that she uses a harp to beat Margit, her character wears no armor. This choice makes her more vulnerable to the attacks of the boss, but much more agile and quick in her movements.

It is recalled that Margit the Fallen is not an easy boss due to her raw strength and agility. His slashes in his first phase have immense reach, whether in front or around him. He also has giant leaps and daggers that he throws as soon as you try to heal yourself. One of the elements that makes this fight difficult is the rhythm of the attacks. It is never the same: some moves come very quickly, others are delayed.
