Increase the workforce in nursing homes
In addition to this floor price, home help services will be able to claim additional funding of 3 euros per hour if they engage in a ” quality approach “, for example by providing evening and weekend services or by offering training to their employees.
The government has also “Sanctuary” in the 2022 budget of the Social Security of funding to increase the workforce in accommodation establishments for dependent elderly people (Ehpad), announced Mr. Castex. Including the 10,000 additional jobs already funded since 2017, the increase in nursing staff will therefore reach, according to him, 10% between 2017 and 2025.
