Replacement of fossil boilers
This new budget, intended to accelerate the replacement of fossil fuel boilers – fuel oil and gas – will be announced on Monday by the ministers for energy transition, Agnès Pannier-Runacher, for ecological transition, Christophe Béchu, and for cities and housing, Olivier Klein, on the occasion of a meeting of building stakeholders on decarbonization. The government also launched on June 5 a consultation until July 28 with elected officials and professionals planning to ban the installation of new gas boilers.
