It was he who introduced Jean-Pierre Pernaut for the first time to Nathalie Marquay, who became his companion and the mother of his children Lou (20) and Tom (19). Of the journalist, Jean-Pierre Foucault remembers: “We made the debut of the privatized channel in 1987, when no one believed in Francis Bouygues’ ‘mason’s TV’. Like me, he didn’t want to show off, he fled Parisianism, he hated flattery. He just wanted real life“.
