(Boursier.com) — The Hines group has raised nearly 900 million euros from institutional investors for the first closing of its new value-add fund, Hines European Value Fund 3 (HEVF 3).
A group of 15 investors, most of them already present in the first vehicles of this family of successful funds, joined the HEVF 3 fund for its first closing, with a level of commitment amounting to approximately 60% of the 1.5 billion euros targeted by Hines. New closings are expected in 2022, or even early 2023 if necessary.

HEVF 3 is set to become the largest fund in the HEVF family of funds, succeeding its 2018 and 2020 predecessors, complementing Hines’ other European funds: Core Plus Hines European Property Partners (HEPP) open-ended fund and the Hines European Core Fund (HECF).
