The Kretz family takes us on a tour of incredible homes in L’Agence on TMC. She lives in a magnificent villa from the 1930s.
It’s on Netflix that the show The Agency, Luxury real estate for the family was released for the first time in 2020. Since then, it has been broadcast on TMC. Season 4 concluded on February 8, 2024, and fans have only one question on their minds: when will season 5 begin? Indeed, viewers love following the life of the Kretz family who are all real estate agents and who thus present exceptional places to renowned guests. We therefore find the two parents Olivier and Sandrine and the four children, Martin, Valentin, Louis and Raphaël all of whom were hired into the company. They will also soon release a new book, on March 27, entitled Welcome to the Agency and a series of dedications is planned for the occasion in France.

If we enjoy following the life of the Kretz family, it is also luxury real estate that interests viewers. Indeed, during the different seasons, numerous luxury villas have been presented such as the 320m2 one at Cap Ferret with direct access to the beach for 6.2 million euros or the 1200m2 Parisian mansion with swimming pool interior for 80 million euros, both presented in season 2. In season 3 it was the designer house of 110 m2 for 1.3 million euros which attracted attention for its originality. The Kretz family owns a luxury house in Brazil as we saw at the end of season 3. This 220m2 house is located in a 2200m2 tropical garden and surrounded by 4 bungalows as well as a swimming pool. . The family can go there to enjoy a vacation in the sun all together or just as a couple. The rest of the time the villa is rented for between 10,000 and 15,000 euros per week. But that’s not all: the family of real estate agents owns a magnificent house in Boulogne Billancourt in Hauts-de-Seine. This splendid residence, which dates from 1930, has many exterior assets: it is particularly high and its brown facade with a stone wall is particularly attractive. You can also see numerous balconies on different floors.

But what makes it an exceptional property is above all the enormous, particularly luxurious lounge. It is overlooked bya mezzanine to which a swing is attached which goes down to the living room. With its beautiful parquet floors and the ceiling of different heights, it looks like a private mansion. Another positive point of this villa: it is made up of several offices where each member of the family can work peacefully. “We debrief in the morning about the customers but also about the family, the grandchildren, the dog who got lost yesterday in the Bois de Boulogne… It’s a slightly special, personalized atmosphere,” had entrusted Sandrine for an episode of Zone Interdite in 2018 before the start of the series.

André Malraux lived in the Kretz family house
This house from the 1930s which was built by the architect Jacques-Léon Courrèges, the father of the fashion designer of the same name. She was able to see several owners passing by and one of them was a very well-known personality… It was the writer André Malraux who lived between 1901 and 1967. He lived there between 1945 and 1962.
The residence was then transformed into a place welcoming many personalities. Indeed, the one who wrote The human condition published in 1933, notably welcomed Albert Camus, Simone de Beauvoir and Jean-Paul Sartre. But that’s not all : General de Gaulle also set foot there several times. Thus, this villa is sometimes still called “Maison Malraux” by the neighborhood.
