OnePlus is preparing the launch, by the end of September, of a new watch. It would be called OnePlus Nord Watch, a more economical version of the OnePlus Watch with a design similar to the Apple Watch.
OnePlus has officially announced that the Nord Watch will be launched in September 2022. It is the second watch from the brand, after the Watch, and this time at a more accessible price.
Less than 100 euros
This OnePlus Nord Watch would be a direct rival to watches from Xiaomi or Realme. While waiting for the official conference, we claim to already know a lot about him. The design and features of this OnePlus Nord Watch have already been revealed by the Indian site 91Mobiles.
In terms of design, we would be faced with a basic watch, with a function button and interchangeable bracelets. Plastic or aluminum, difficult to say today with the published visuals.
In any case, it would approach a design very similar to that of the Apple Watch with a square format with rounded corners. The screen of this OnePlus Nord Watch would use an Amoled panel, with a diagonal of 1.78 inches and a refresh rate of 60 Hz. At first glance, its autonomy should last up to 10 days, including 30 days in standby mode . It would be both compatible with iOS and Android, since it runs on an in-house OS, based on RTOS.
It was initially thought that the only colorway would be a black finish. However, 91Mobiles claims to have uncovered other renders that hint at a second option: blue. On the software side, it would offer 105 sports modes, heart rate measurement, blood oxygen, stress monitoring and menstruation for women.
There is no information on its price, but we expect a price that would not exceed 100 euros.
