This overclocking would be able to boost the performance of this Graphic card entry level, up to compete with the GTX 1650.

The Intel Arc A380 was never designed to run the latest full-featured PC games at maximum 4K. Even so, this graphics card disappointed when the first independent results came in.

Performance up 36%

Today, the tone is very different, and if it is not a question of transforming it into a monster of power, the work of Pro Hi-Tech on his YouTube channel is interesting.

Mad about overlocking, the bugger indicates having passed the GPU Performance Boost to 55% and modified the voltage by +0.255 mV. This results in an increase in overclocking frequency from 100 to 150 MHz at the GPU level as well as an increase in consumption from 35 to 55 W.

Of course, the goal was to see what gains were possible on the gaming side, and Pro Hi-Tech was not disappointed. Six sets were used (Cyberpunk 2077, DOOM Eternal, god of war, Rainbow Six Siege, Watch Dogs Legion and World of Tanks) with, always, clear progress.

Collected above by Tom’s Hardwarethe results bring the Arc A380 OC significantly closer to the GeForce GTX 1650, with a performance improvement of around 36% on average over these six games: +24.5% over Watch Dogs Legion at +59.4% on DOOM Eternal.

Interesting information for those who would like to acquire such a card and give themselves the means to play at least a little bit.
