The Last of Us Part I: no delay for the release on PS5, the game is already gold

Released in 2013 on PS3, The Last of Us had already received a facelift on PlayStation 4 with The Last of Us Remastered from 2014. Naughty Dog has since tweaked its technologies, as it showed us in the sequel The Last of Us Part II and decided to benefit from the founding episode as part of a remake on PS5 and PC.

The Last of Us Part I will be a total overhaul of the adventure of Joel and Ellie, with modernized graphics and game mechanics. For the technical sheet, we refer you to the announcement of the project, dated last month. The release of the project was therefore set for September 2, 2022 on PS5 (and later on PC), a short schedule perhaps due to the fact that Naughty Dog no longer has much to prove to us on the basis of experience.

Anyway, he has already finished the development: The Last of Us Part I is goldalmost 2 months before its launch. The studio now promises that it will take advantage of the remaining time to “show more of the amazing graphics, technologies and gameplay the team has been working on”, so we will have other opportunities to form an opinion on the quality of the project. The convinced can pre-order it from €79.99 on Amazon.co.uk.
