Lately, The Last of Us license continues to be at the heart of video game but also cinematographic news. Indeed, as you probably already know, the first episode of HBO’s The Last of Us TV series is now available, in France, on the Prime Video platform. The next episodes will be available in the coming weeks. But this time it’s the multiplayer game, categorized as standalone, which is getting talked about again.
Recently, Neil Druckmann was interviewed by the journalists of the ComicBook site and said about the said title:
[…] You know there’s this The Last of Us multiplayer project that we’ve been working on for a long time, before The Last of Us Part II was released. It’s the most ambitious project we’ve ever done: expand the world further, continue to tell a story but in a multiplayer game […]
Unfortunately, Neil Druckmann did not reveal further details. As a reminder, this multiplayer project, immersed in The Last of Us universe, does not yet have an official name or window/release date. Note all the same, before concluding, that in a recent article, to be found on the official site, Naughty Dog indicated that new information, about this game, will be revealed during this year.
