A housekeeper made a grisly discovery on Friday morning. The body of the mayor of Rezé, Hervé Neau (Loire-Atlantique), was found dead in the premises of the town hall. According to the Nantes prosecutor’s office, he committed suicide by hanging: “There is no doubt about the suicide: he left letters for his relatives and instructions for the funeral”.
