VS’is a text that says a lot about the intentions of Vladimir Putin. On July 12, the Russian president publishes in three languages (Russian, Ukrainian, English) on the Kremlin website a long essay on “the historical unity of Russians and Ukrainians”. He defends a conviction: “Ukrainian sovereignty is only possible in partnership with Russia. Ukraine and Russia are one people. And to go back the course of the centuries to support his reasoning. Since then, words have translated into deeds. Moscow mobilizes an army of 100,000 men and more than a thousand tanks on the borders of Ukraine. Iskander ballistic missiles are even on the way.
