As expected, the new Stardew Valley update has been deployed, and it’s another nice surprise. The developer never does things by halves.
Right now, we’re talking to you a lot about Stardew Valley. For us too, it is a pleasant surprise. The game recently came back into the spotlight with a huge update. 1.6 brought a massive batch of new features of all kinds, such as new objects or additional dialogues for NPCs. So obviously, the community was there. And ConcernedApe does not intend to rest on its laurels. He therefore deployed a new patch which does not just implement fixes. It’s massive, and now is definitely the best time to get started on it.
Another new patch for Stardew Valley, it doesn’t stop!
Update 1.6.2 has barely had time to be released before 1.6.3 is already among us. Eric Barone understood that it was necessary to continue to maintain this enormous resurgence of interest in his cute title. Now, let’s take a closer look at this new patch. We still find necessary adjustments here and there, such as a crash which could occur due to a new festival introduced recently. Difficult to appreciate such an addition when our game decided to crash. Same, there was a problem with certain translations, which can be quite annoying. At least that’s in the past now.
But that’s probably not what interests most players. As you might expect, there are some great new features in this new update. We will take a very simple example, there are now new cabins, and you have the possibility of painting them (with a level 3 improvement). Additionally, harvesting moss now grants an experience point in foraging, and you can access Clint’s store while your tool is being repaired. It will make our lives easier.
The good news in all this is that 1.6.3 will not be the last update for Stardew Valley. Far from the same. Eric Barone said it himself, he will not return to work on Haunted Chocolatier until 1.6 of the game is released. “bug-free, on all available platforms”. We can imagine that this must be a complex task, hence the fact that we should expect – at least – a 1.6.4. The advantage is that feedback from the community is regular, which allows things to be rectified quickly if there is the slightest problem. All you have to do is go and discover all these changes.
