The PS Plus Extra and Premium games are here and they are awesome! A very good month ahead? It will depend on tastes, but there is something to enjoy in any case.
It’s mid-October, and it’s time for PS Plus Extra and Premium subscribers to welcome the new games of the month to their catalogs. As we slowly approach the end of the year and the very big releases to follow, more than ten big games are coming to the PS Plus Extra & Premium, and there are some real gems this time . It’s nice.
All PS Plus Extra games for October 2023
In October, it’s fall and especially Halloween, the ideal time to have fun, scare yourself and give yourself a cold sweat. Thanks to this month’s PS Plus Extra, we will be able to touch some horrific and bloody nuggets, starting with the excellent Alien Isolation, a survival horror from the famous cinematographic license and incidentally one of the best games of the franchise. We play Ripley’s daughter (the Ripley of the films, yes, yes) who finds herself stuck on a failed station where a Xenomorph prowls. A game adored by fans and extremely well received by critics. Then it is Outlast 2 which will offer you a bloody, violent and scary roadtrip in a remote town where real sectarian weirdos live. A nice hiking program not without faults, but damn effective.
Well, after that, if gore and horror aren’t really your thing, you can still have fun this month, especially with a real gem, one of the best games of recent years for many: Disco Elysium in Final Cut edition. Here, we have a fairly unusual narrative and detective game. No spoilers, if you want to know what happens there, just launch the game, you might be surprised.
For the rest of the list, we will particularly note the amusing Gungrave GOREthe bloody Dead Islandthe creepy The Dark Pictures House of Ashes or the passable Gotham Knights. There is plenty to do.

PlayStation Plus Premium games for October 2023
Subscribers to PlayStation Plus Premium will be entitled to a little discount with a few additional games. Not really any great retro classics, but a few games that are still worth checking out, like Tekken 6, Soulcalibur: Broken Destiny or a new episode of Ape Escape. Furthermore, note that if all goes well, other advantages will arrive during the month for PS Plus Premium subscribers, such as the possibility of streaming PS5 games directly without going through the download box.
