Brown accuses coach after NFL scandal
After his departure in the middle of the game, Antonio Brown speaks up. The NFL professional scandal said he was injured and in severe pain. He accuses his coach of not taking this seriously.
After his sensational departure, NFL scandal professional Antonio Brown has made serious allegations against his ex-coach Bruce Arians. The 33-year-old wrote in a statement that Brown had an ankle injury that would have forced him to take to the field during the Tampa Bay Buccaneers game at the New York Jets on Sunday.
“I told him I couldn’t play anymore because of the pain. He didn’t get medical help, but yelled at me that my time with the Bucs was over,” said Brown, who admitted that he was wrong had: “But: That was provoked by someone who wanted to tell me that I shouldn’t feel pain.”
What followed made headlines around the world. Brown pulled his jersey and protective equipment from his body during the game, waved to the audience and danced provocatively through the end zone before leaving the stadium half-naked. There was hardly anything outwardly to indicate that Brown was injured or in pain at the time.
Brown said, according to the statement, “I didn’t give up, I was thrown out.” He emphasized: “The pain was extreme.” Arians had previously ruled out that Brown had stormed off the field because of this ankle injury.
Tampa, led by superstar Tom Brady, won the game after the departure with a lot of effort with 28:24. Coach Arians had then announced that Brown was “no more Buc” and concluded: “This is the end of the story.” He would have known nothing of an injury to the passport recipient. Brown, on the other hand, pointed out in his statement that an MRI examination had diagnosed loose joint bodies in the ankle, a torn ligament and cartilage damage.
Brown, who moved to the Bucs at the beginning of last season, has already attracted negative attention several times in his career. The first eight weeks he was banned from the league for violating the code of conduct, then he won the Super Bowl with his team. Most recently, he was banned from the league for three games, presumably because of the presentation of a forged vaccination card.
