(Boursier.com) — The Premium Group and its founding president Olivier Farouz announce the appointment of Nicolas Schimel as Managing Director of the Group. With his experience in distribution networks and general management of insurance and wealth management companies, Nicolas Schimel will be responsible for orchestrating the Group’s growth, both nationally and internationally, and strengthening its structure. .
Nicolas Schimel joined AGF (now the Allianz group) in 1989 where he managed the employee networks and then the general agent network for 9 years. In 2004, he became Deputy Managing Director of Generali in charge of agent and broker networks. In 2008 he was appointed Managing Director of UFF, a company in the AVIVA France group (now Abeille Assurance) then became Managing Director of this group until 2016 while continuing to chair the UFF. In 2017 he founded FILIB, of which he continues to serve as president to support employees and employers in optimizing company savings and retirement systems. Since 2021, Nicolas Schimel has been a member of the independent college of the Premium Group Strategic Committee, Frédérique Vidal and Lawrence Yanovitch.
