the releases of the week with a very popular series

Prime Video is releasing some new releases this week, and even if there aren’t very many, a popular series is finally coming back!

Every week, our SVOD platforms add new products to their respective catalogs. If Netflix tends to dilute its releases throughout the month, Prime Video has a habit of doing exactly the opposite. Amazon’s service generally takes us out of everything in one go, and then has almost nothing left, which is what’s happening again this month with a rather lean week unfortunately, which arrives after the excellent series fallout.

The Prime Video movie (and show) of the week of April 22 to 28, 2024

A film, a show and a series. That sums up this last week of April on Prime Video. Love, romance and little puppies. Here is the program for the feature film coming to Prime Video this week. Puppy Love tells the story of two diametrically opposed people who go on a date and it’s a disaster. So much so that they decide not to see each other again except that during their meeting, their dogs have also found love and little puppies arrive, forcing the two young adults to see each other again. The feature film is carried by two young and beautiful faces from Hollywood, namely Lucy Hale (pretty Little Liars) and Grant Gustin (the series Flash) and should satisfy fans of romantic comedies.

And since we don’t really know where to place it, know that there is also a new show this week, Comedy Class, presented by Eric & Ramzy. A program that aims to find new comedy talents, to watch to get a good laugh.

The series of the week from April 22 to 28, 2024

On the series side, it’s not crazy this week on Prime Video either since there is only one new release, season 2 of Theme: The Scare, his particularly gripping thriller anthology. For this season 2 of this popular series of the platform, the story will center on Inspector Dawn Reeve, cop of Los Angeles, who is entrusted with a new horrible murder case during one of the most complicated periods of the City of Angels. With the city teetering on the brink of chaos, Dawn is determined to stop the killer. But the closer the truth gets, the more things… go wrong. A second season more horrific than the first according to the showrunners.
