You can already see it on Disney+, Sky and Wow, but now ZDFneo is finally following suit: Season 5 of “The Rookie” starts today April 11, 2024 at 8:15 p.m. finally on free TV. The public broadcaster is even ahead of Netflix and Amazon Prime Video and shows two new episodes of the popular police series every week on Thursdays.
The best news about it is that you can of course also see the episodes in the ZDF media library. You can see the first episode in the stream from 9 p.m. However, the episodes cannot be seen there permanently, but only for a certain time after the TV broadcast. So you shouldn’t wait too long if you prefer to catch up on the episodes in the stream.

At Wow and Sky you can also see the 6th season of “The Rookie”. For the first time, the police series can be seen there parallel to the US release.
