Sarah Chapman does not believe in “miracle” beauty products but rather believes that beautiful skin is built over time. “You have to do things step by step, to strengthen the skin before using stronger peels to smooth it on the surface and tighten the pores.”. The facialist also believes that beautiful skin should be nurtured from within, by regularly consuming certain types of foods: “I often recommend consuming fish oil, flaxseed oil or oil rich in omega 3. If the skin is quite prone to pimples, it may also need zinc and vitamin B”.
Once this basic cure has been carried out, Sarah Chapman works the skin on the surface to improve its appearance and refine the pores: “I use peels based on lactic acids, mandelic acids and some combined with azelaic acid”.
