A complicated return to school. Recently becoming the mother of little Maéna, born premature, Amandine Pellissard has been through a lot of challenges lately. To support her remarks, Alexandre’s wife shared the email received from the person responsible for assignments of the region : “I understand your anger, but we are not responsible for the lack of space in establishments in Hérault. Our department has been facing a massive influx of arrivals for years and we are doing our best to find an assignment for your child.” A response which obviously did not convince the one who is mother of eight children : “ Oh well, no, it doesn’t matter. It’s not their fault. The subject of the abaya is more important than our kids left behind on the fringes of the school system.”
