After the sensational Champions League game between Stade Rennes and FK Krasnodar (1: 1), the French first division soccer team face consequences. Uefa announced the opening of disciplinary proceedings against Rennes for violating the Corona guidelines.
At the premier class of the French on Tuesday, 5000 spectators were allowed. However, these did not comply with the official regulations. Among other things, it was clear that the fans were disregarding the prescribed minimum distance. In addition, many viewers did not wear the mouth and nose protection as prescribed.
The case will be dealt with by the UEFA Disciplinary Committee at its meeting on 10 November.
