This may seem surprising, but in 2023, the budget allocated for energy renovation aid has not been used in its entirety. To better inform, the State therefore launched a tour on Friday April 19 promoting its systems which are gaining momentum with the development of a network of advisors.

Information stands on housing renovation will therefore be deployed in several cities to encourage the French to apply for aid. Because in 2023, the budget allocated by the State to aid for renovation has not been used in its entirety. Two tiny houses, small movable houses, housing advisors and documents to explain the renovation, were installed in a central square in Chartres, the chosen territory of the Minister of Housing Guillaume Kasbarian.
Encourage the French to do their renovation work
The objective of this tour is to encourage the French to carry out their renovation work, by showing them that through these approaches, we go to them to explain the materials, the procedures, the steps to renovate their home, and that today, renovating your home is simpler, the minister told the press.
Around it were stands from several organizations involved in home renovation: the Confederation of Building Craftsmen (Capeb), the Soliha network and the repression of fraud (DGCCRF). A network of Renovation Supporters to advise

In 2023, Anah distributed 2.74 billion euros for this purpose, and the budget must increase in 2024, the State wishing to provide more support for overall renovations, heavier and more expensive but much more effective.

At the same time, the network of Renovation Advisors, responsible for advising owners embarking on a comprehensive renovation, is growing in strength. Some 3,000 people are already deployed in the region, detailed Valrie Mancret-Taylor, with a target of 5,000 by the end of the year.
After the inaugural stage in Chartres, the tour will really launch in June, with stages every weekend in small and medium-sized towns: Quimperl (Finistre), Caudry (North), Pontoise (Val-d’Oise), La Haye (Manche). )…
