PARIS, October 4 (Reuters) – The offer filed on Tuesday by the French State for the balance of the capital of EDF which it does not yet hold should run from November 10 to December 8 next, it was announced in a press release. .
The State, which offers 12 euros per share, adds that the Hercules project to reorganize the French electrician “is no longer relevant” and that “no decision has been taken at this stage with regard to reforms of the business model or the organization of the group”.
