Once on the platform, choose the Exercise your rights tab and enter your mobile operator and your email address in step 1. In step 2, note your first and last names and your telephone number. Respectemesdatas.fr automatically generates a standard letter, asking your operator to no longer transmit your telephone details to the public directory, generally used for commercial canvassing.
Fines and prison sentences

Sanctions are provided for canvassers who do not respect the rules. The violation is punishable by the administrative fine provided for in article L. 242-16 of the Consumer Code (75,000 euros fine for a natural person and 375,000 euros for a legal entity), specifies the Repression of Fraud (DGCCRF) in a communication.
