Released in theaters in 1937, this feature film from Disney studios is an adaptation of the eponymous tale by the Brothers Grimm published in 1812.
Contrary to popular belief, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs is not the first animated film in the history of cinema but it is indeed the first animated feature film from Disney studios! The classic among the classics.

A restored 4K version for Snow White!
If the film charmed you as a child, expect to be blown away by the restored 4K version of this animated classic which arrives today on Disney+. This new version of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs is offered on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Walt Disney Company and a 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray edition will also be available commercially.

According to the company, the restored version is “the result of the combined efforts of the Walt Disney Studios restoration and preservation team, working closely with key artists from Walt Disney Animation Studios”.
