“The Voice Rap”: Enzo from the Kool Savas team wins the first season

Leon Weick (26) from Hagen – also known under the stage name “Ezo” – is the winner of the first season of “The Voice Rap by Cupra”. He prevailed in yesterday’s live final on Joyn against his competitor Dominic Andrews Krämer (30) alias “CEO”. Ezo was on the team of rapper Kool Savas (48), who is celebrating a victory as “The Voice” coach.

In the finale of the show were the four talents Ezo, CEO, Caddy and Erda, who first had to convince their coaches with texts they wrote themselves. After Kool Savas and Dardan (26) chose their favorite, the audience made the final decision. They were able to vote for their preferred candidate and participate in the decision by phone, text message or in the Joyn app.

“Leon is an absolute professional without trying to be a professional. He just has fun with music,” enthused Kool Savas about his winning talent. The 26-year-old will receive his own single after the show and will have the chance to get started in the rap industry in the future. They were on stage together in the finale with the song “Aura”.

Will Ezo also win on “The Voice”?

Ezo not only won the independent show “The Voice Rap”, but can now also move into the semi-finals of “The Voice of Germany”. The rap version of the casting show took place for the first time in 2023 and was broadcast on the streaming provider Joyn and on ProSieben. Will Enzo also prevail against the twelve other semi-finalists?

His coach Kool Savas can now take a seat on the red swivel chairs on the “The Voice” jury. He joins Tom and Bill Kaulitz (both 34), Ronan Keating (46), Shirin David (28) and Giovanni Zarella (45).
