Two years after formalizing the project, YouTuber Millomaker delivered his latest creation: an Xbox 360 Portable.
Indeed, while Microsoft has never agreed to develop a portable console (unlike Nintendo and Sony), Xbox fans can now discover this Xbox 360 Portable, developed by an expert in the field. Indeed, previously, this same Millomaker had developed an “Ultimate” style Nintendo Switch.

It took two years to develop this astonishing Xbox 360 Portable. It’s not easy to transform a pure home console into a portable machine.
Let us remember that the Xbox 360 was launched at the very end of 2005, and that it peaked at more than 85 million sales worldwide. After a first model (called “Fat”) in 2005, Microsoft offered a Slim model in 2010, then an “E” model in 2013.
Work spread over two years
For his Xbox 360 Portable, the YouTuber was inspired by a white Xbox 360 Slim. A huge amount of work was carried out upstream on the motherboard of the machine, in order to cut and miniaturize it, without ever compromising the original performance of the console.
No emulation here, the Xbox 360 Portable has the same features as the home console. However, there is a large 8-inch IPS screen in HD quality, a 1 TB SSD for storage, a 5000 mAh battery, a complete ventilation system, without forgetting of course all the controls of the Xbox controller.
In total, Millomaker confirms having sacrificed five Xbox 360s “ for science “, but also that the latter were originally HS. This made it possible to develop this astonishing Xbox 360 Portable, weighing just 1.3 kg, which turns out to be slightly more powerful than a Nintendo Switch in nomadic mode.
