(AOF) – Biosynex has filed a takeover bid with the AMF for Theriagag at a price of 2.30 euros per share, representing a premium of 58.62% respectively on the closing share price on September 22, 2022. The Board of administration of Theradiag welcomed the project. Biosynex is already a shareholder of Theradiag with 25.07% of the capital and 25.16% of the voting rights. The listing of Theradiag shares was suspended this Friday, September 23 until further notice. Theradiag’s market capitalization amounted on September 22 to 19 million euros.
Theradiag was listed on the stock market in December 2012 at 5.8 euros per share, giving rise to a market capitalization of approximately 21.8 million euros.
