There will be OnePlus Nord 3 and CE 3, and they are coming very soon

The future of OnePlus, closely linked to that of Oppo, looks bleak in Europe, but it is clear that the commercial site of the brand still operates in France and that we should find its future products there. Its first tablet, soberly named Pad, is also in its catalog. And the next to join it should be none other than the Nord 3, which is scheduled to be presented alongside the Nord CE 3 on July 5, in India. If the latter complements a Nord CE 3 Lite released in France in the spring, the Nord 3 succeeds a Nord 2 announced two years ago.

The brand’s website already allows you to get a clear idea of ​​the product, since the smartphone is comparable to the Nord CE 3 Lite in terms of design. It includes a 6.77-inch flat screen with a refresh rate of 120 Hz, which is up if compared to that of the Nord 2 (90 Hz). The Alert slider button is integrated into the side of the device, which is available in gray and green. On the back, we see that three photo modules are in the game, and OnePlus indicates that the main one is based on a 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 sensor, associated with stabilized optics. We have to rely on rumors to get an idea of ​​the rest of the technical sheet of the device: a MediaTek SoC, probably the Dimensity 9000, a 5000 mAh battery and 80 W charging are thus expected. Characteristics that should allow it to occupy a segment located between the middle and the top of the range.

The Nord 3 will be accompanied on July 5 by a Nord CE 3 that sports a very similar design, this time in a blue colorway. A 6.7-inch screen at 120 Hz also, in Amoled technology, is already confirmed, as is the integration of a Qualcomm Snapdragon 782G chip with a 5G modem and a triple photo module. Its price remains to be confirmed, but it will logically be a few tens of euros higher than that of the Nord CE 3 Lite, billed at €329 at launch.
