Electronic Arts unveiled Tuesday, April 19, 2022 this new update on Battlefield 2042. The objective of this patch is to breathe new life into the game which had hitherto had a very difficult start. This update is the most important since the release of the game Battlefield 2042which we were able to test.
New features that should delight players ofBattlefield 2042
Battlefield 2042 finally incorporates VoIP (in-game voice chat), which players have long requested. This feature will be useful (for surviving players), especially for Hazard Zone mode, where the stakes of the game are higher without the possibility of a second chance. As a reminder, the game launched without a voice chat feature, which earned this multiplayer-only FPS a lot of criticism.
The game also incorporates a new overhaul for weapons and vehicles, in addition to fixing numerous bugs that impacted gameplay and player performance.
Fans of the game can rejoice: DICE is already announcing a future update for next month, in May 2022. This will mainly focus on optimization and fixing some minor bugs.
