(CercleFinance.com) – Thermador Groupe announces a drop in its turnover of 17.2% to 141.2 million euros for the first quarter of 2024, pointing to a delay in the new organization for the allocation of subsidies planned in the MaPrimeRénov’ program.
To explain this decline, he also highlights the significant rainfall at the start of the year, a more difficult basis of comparison, a French new housing market at its lowest and a faster than expected turnaround in prices.
Noting, however, a relaxation of the new rules for awarding MaPrimeRénov’ subsidies, Thermador reiterates a more optimistic vision of its activity during the second half of the year and says it remains calm in the medium term.
