To remain attractive, several sectors that require specialized expertise plan to increase their salaries, sometimes sharply, in 2023. This is what emerges from the remuneration survey and trends in the recruitment market published by the firm Robert Walters this Tuesday, December 13. It is based on the placements made by the firm over the past two years and on the observations of candidates and HR departments (more than 1,700 executives and companies were surveyed at the end of 2022). For these professions which have become essential and which are the subject of a talent war, companies are ready to go all out.
