These aperitif cakes sold in supermarkets should absolutely not be eaten!

This Thursday, November 9, the government unveiled a list of recalled products, including aperitif cakes in particular. Here are the ones.

Several products are subject to recall, on the official government website. We try to inform you as best we can, and as often as possible, by reporting the recall of multiple and varied products, which concern both sweet and savory products, and even objects such as baby bottles. This Thursday, November 9, a new list of recalled products was communicated by the government. The salty grocery section was particularly affected by this recall campaign.

This follows a suspicion of the presence of metallic foreign bodies in the bag of aperitif cakes. What’s more, several sachet references have been targeted by the health authorities. The latter are very sticklers for the rules, which is beneficial for the health of the French. Indeed, it is their duty to ensure that consumers are not put in danger with the food products they purchase.
