The list of all the creditors of the FTX platform has just been unveiled.
The number 2 exchange in the crypto world at the time of its bankruptcy has an impressive number of creditors, listed on 116 pages in total. And among the names that appear in this large file, we find that of several French banks.

The FTX mystery begins to unfold. The crypto trading platform, whose collapse left nearly 1 million customers on the hook, is currently undergoing bankruptcy proceedings. And it is following its course, since the list of FTX creditors has just been unveiled by the company’s lawyers.
And among the 9.7 million creditors (companies and individuals) in total whose identity is printed on these pages, it is possible to find the names of several French banks. Four in number, Société Générale, BNP Paribas, the BPCE group and Crédit Agricole (for its American subsidiary in New York) are thus concerned. Major international banks such as HSBC also appear in this list.
Very big names related to FTX
FTX’s empire had grown to the highest peak of the global economic hierarchy. Thus, beyond the financial sector, the platform had links with Apple, Microsoft, Twitter, Google, Meta, Netflix or Amazon. Less surprisingly, competitors at the time of the company, Binance and Coinbase, also appear on the famous listing.
The amount of FTX’s debt to each of the named creditors is not known. According to the latest information available, the entity formerly headed by Samuel Bankman-Fried could owe between 10 and 13 billion dollars.
