these services still inaccessible for individual customers with the transition to CCF

Since Tuesday, January 2, individual customers of the HSBC bank are now customers of the CCF. Are the services all operational today?

Since January 1, customers of HSBC bank are now customers of Crdit Commercial de France (CCF). During December, they received a letter giving them their new username and password in order to be able to connect from January 2 afternoon on their personal space. However, some customers still did not have access to their digital space at the end of the day.

Everything is normally back to normal

Contacted by MoneyVox, the CCF confirmed that all customers have had access to remote banking since Tuesday January 2 afternoon on the application and the website. The CCF also specified that certain customers who tried to connect before the opening of digital services were blocked, after 3 tests as a safety measure. But the situation seems to be improving. On X (ex Twitter), customers have assured that they now have access to their bank account while specifying that they cannot take full advantage of the mobile application. CCF customer service has also been accessible since January 2.

However, some services are not yet operational. In a letter sent to customers in December, HSBC specified that no revision of codes and modification of bank card limits will be possible until January 10. HSBC branches are closed until Wednesday January 3 and the placing of stock market orders was also interrupted between December 27 and Wednesday January 3. Since the beginning of December, HSBC ATMs are no longer accessible. Pending their return to service, the CCF confirmed that withdrawals from other banks would remain free during the period of unavailability.

Transfers impossible, agencies closed… End of year 2023 complicates for HSBC customers

Some MoneyVox readers, like Callahan and Huguette, also questioned the validity of their HSBC bank card. Indeed, despite the cessation of activity of personal banking services, HSBC had made it clear that the bank card would still be valid for 6 months and the debits would be made from January 1 to the new CCF bank account. During this first semester, customers will receive a new renewal card, this time in the name of the CCF. They will keep the same confidential code. From this month of January, prices also change.
