While Kate Middleton and Charles III have seen their public appearances reduced, Grant Harrold, who worked for seven years as a butler for the king, believes three members of the royal family could become more involved.
Kate Middleton’s last appearance dates back to Christmas mass on December 26, 2023. And after four months off the media radar, the Princess of Wales revealed to the whole world, on March 22, that she had cancer. An illness detected following an abdominal operation that occurred in January 2024. This announcement was made a little more than a month after Charles III himself revealed that he was suffering from the same illness.
Two of the most important members of the English royal family have therefore seen their functions reduced.
