John Boyega, who plays the character of Finn in the latest Star Wars trilogy, joins the detractors of one of the most controversial episodes of the entire saga.
Other than George Lucas’ first trilogy, the Star Wars franchise has been divisive. And this since its original creator released what is called the prelogy. A laudable initiative, but this promise is already partly broken with the announcement of the release dates of the next films. The three future feature films will arrive respectively on May 22, 2026, December 18, 2026 and December 17, 2027. Three episodes in just two years. So certainly, there will have been a break of 7 years between The Last Jedi and the new one, but all the same. Isn’t the overdose likely to still be present? The future will tell.
Director James Mangold (Indiana Jones 5) will carry out one of the projects which will be a kind of origin story on the Force. Next, there will be a movie centered around the character of Rey played by Daisy Ridley. And finally, the third should come to expand the universe of The Mandalorian.
