The blue milk that Mark Hamill drank in Star Wars soon in your fridge! This dream for “Star Wars” fans will become a reality, Disney and Lucasfilm have given their authorization.
Milk is a source of phosphorus and calcium, also essential for the mineralization of bones and teeth, as well as tissue regeneration. On the other hand, we are not entirely sure of the benefits of the strange blue milk from the Star Wars universe, of which we had a small glimpse in A New Hope. In one sequence, Mark Hamill poured himself a glass of this beverage, with his uncle Owen.
In fact, this liquid has become so popular that it is even sold at Disneyland in the United States, alongside the green milk that Luke drank in The Last Jedi, after milking the udders of an enormous sea creature.
In 2019, the actor posted a photo showing him in the extension of the Galaxy’s Edge universe at Disneyland, a glass of blue milk in hand.
“Note to self: don’t forget that we are in the picture and that Disney pays my salary” (and in all honesty: the blue-tinted milk in the film, hot, greasy and sweet, was vomit-inducing, while this drink [disponible dans le parc, ndlr] fresh lactose-free tasted like a delicious fruit smoothie” he wrote.

In the infernal galaxy of merchandising, Disney and Lucasfilm are going to release bottles of blue milk which will line the shelves of food stores, manufactured by a company called TruMoo.

But unlike the beverage seen in the first Star Wars film, it is real, flavored milk. “TruMoo Blue Milk is a 1% low-fat milk, and features a natural vanilla flavor and blue color for a delicious galactic experience your family will enjoy.” even states the press release announcing the upcoming arrival of this product.
It is therefore a milk flavored with vanilla and colored blue rather than a simple milk with blue food coloring.
This blue milk (but not too much) is supposed to hit the shelves on April 17. Well… We can always add it to the cart with Star Wars salads, Star Wars bananas, Star Wars apples, Star Wars paper towel rolls, and Star Wars toilet paper.
