After a first teaser published, it’s the turn of the official trailer for the film to be shared by the streaming platform. Subscribers will therefore be able to find Bradley Cooper and Carey Mulligan in the main roles but also Matt Bomer (FBI: Very special duets)Maya Hawke (Stranger Things) or Sarah Silverman (Albert to the west). Although eagerly awaitedthe film has already sparked some controversy before its release. Indeed, many spectators criticized the fact that Bradley Cooper wears a nasal prosthesis to accentuate physical clichés around the Jewish community. The composer’s children had notably declared on this subject, when defending the film: “It breaks our hearts to see misrepresentations or misunderstandings of his efforts. It turns out that Leonard Bernstein really did have a big nose. Bradley chose to use makeup to amplify his likeness, and we’re fine with that. We We are also sure that our father would have agreed with this”, Nina, Jamie and Alexander Bernstein said in a statement. Enough to slightly calm the controversy.
