The adaptations of electric cars and products Apple surely expected a lot from Project Titan. Behind this imposing code name is theApple Car, a watture bearing the famous bitten apple. But the latest news about her was not encouraging. Despite internal work started in 2014, the vehicle would not have seen the light of day before 2030 at the earliest. It is Mark Gurman who reveals the information on Bloomberg. “Around 2020, the design of the Apple car looked like the Canoo Lifestyle – a futuristic van with rounded edges – but it had dark black windows with adjustable tint. It had an all-glass sunroof, a pure white exterior, and white wall tires with a black center. The front and rear were identical, so it seemed like you were always driving forward“. L’Apple Car interior has been modified several times over the years, but the firm wanted something minimalist. The seats would have been high-end, in the vein of what one finds in a private plane or a limousine. It gave the impression of being in a “profiled bubble“, we explained to the journalist. In total, 4 people could sit comfortably in the vehicle and the seats could switch between several configurations: classic, recliner or armchair with footrest.

Of the iPad-sized screens hung from the roof of the car to access frequently used commands. In summary : the Apple Car was really close to what we imagine a futuristic car to be. It is not sure that its overall rounded design would have been unanimous, however.
